Plate 8 Remodeling
SEO for remodelers: a page for every job, in every town you serve.
When a homeowner types "kitchen remodel" and the name of their town, a page on your own website answers: that project, that town, your number. We research every town you serve and build a page for every job you do, from kitchens and baths to basements and additions.
$50 a page that goes live. Everything included.

8 Questions
8 questions remodelers ask
Our projects are big and take months to sell. Do pages help with that?
A page for each project in each town answers what people ask while they plan it: what it costs there, how long it takes, which permits the town wants and who will be in their house. Its quote form tells you the page and the town every enquiry came from.
In Canada we say renovations, not remodeling.
Then your pages say renovations. Every page is written in the words your customers use in your towns, on both sides of the border.
Can the pages show our own projects?
Yes. Wherever you have photos of your work, the pages use them, with the town the project was in. You read and approve every page before it goes live.
We want kitchens and additions, not handyman calls.
Then your library is built around them. Each page can say where your projects start and what a typical one costs in that town, so the enquiries it sends fit the work you do.
Every town has its own permits. Do the pages cover that?
Each page says what its town asks for: drawings for a wall that comes out, the permit, the inspections, how long approval usually takes there. We research it town by town, and you check every page before it goes live.
How much does it cost?
Everything one page needs (the research, the writing, the design, the build and the tracking) for $50 a page that goes live, built in monthly phases. After the build, $500 a month keeps your library refreshed and climbing, with a report every month, because SEO needs regular, ongoing work and once a page ranks it can keep bringing you that search for months and years.
Who owns the pages?
You do, from day 1: the pages, the words, the images and the code. We work with the access you give us as a user, and you stay the owner of every account.
How long until I see results?
Pages usually take 3 to 4 months to settle in, and your monthly report shows each one's movement from the start. From there the library keeps compounding as it fills in.
